POTTY TRAINING!

The day after xmas I knew I wanted to stay home and deep clean the house! I also knew that you had just turned 3 and that it was time to potty train you! I made a pack to your daddy that I would stay home this entire week and that you would be potty trained!!! 


Well, it looks like it will not even take a week! Monday and Tuesday were long days. We stayed home all day long and kept you naked! The first day you went outside and pooped out in the grass! You were so excited!!! You kept saying, "I did it!!!" " No more diapers, I am a big boy, diapers are what babies do!!" 


Now we are on day 3... No accidents! You are amazing! I love you, You are so smart!

Xmas fun!

This year at xmas was a blast!!!! At 3 years old it was the funnest yet! You were so excited the night before for Santa and the reindeer to come! You also loved the elf on the shelf this xmas season! You called him Santa's helper! It was so cute too because when we would be on playgroups and the other kids would get in trouble you would tell them that Santa's helper is watching!!!


When you woke up xmas morning you ran in there and saw that Santa had eaten all his cookies and milk! You were so excited! You also loved opening up presents and being around family!


The holidays and everything is sooo much better seeing it through the eyes of your child. It is so pure and beautiful! I never want this to end!!!

long sentences

You are sooo smart and starting to say conversations and long sentences. I just love  it. You also talk so much when you play with your toys! I can hear you having full on conversations between your toys!


Tonight you told me... Mommy I want my light on, and go get my B, and snug as a bug too! haha. 


You have a little night light that you love to be on while you sleep. You also call your "cars" blanket you lightening B, and at night you like us to tuck you in so tight. When we tuck your blankets we always say "Snug as a Bug!"


If we forget, you yell from your bed and almost cry at times.." mommy, daddy, I want snug as a bug"


My son, I am so in love with you that I can hardly handle it! You are my joy, my life. You are true, pure LOVE! What did I do to deserve it!

I am not GOD

So today you kept sneezing and sneezing and so I said bless you, bless you, Timothy, God bless you.... You turned to me and said.."momma, I am not God!"  haha. I love my sweet innocent boy

loving your sister

You are so sweet to your sister... the other day when we were driving she was crying and you kept telling her... Its ok baby we are almost home!

you constantly ask where your baby is when she is napping.

the other day we took a quick ride to pick up bindi and you were so upset because baby K was not in the car!

First thing in the morning you run in her room and crawl into her crib with her!

My baby is 3!!!!

Hard to believe that as I type this 3 years ago I was in the recovery room right after I gave birth to you... ahhh still remember that day! You sure did not want to come out! But, I would go through all that again, and again to have you in my life....My son, if only you knew how much you are loved. It is so scary to be so in love with someone. You have my heart in your hands. Every day my love for you just gets stronger and stronger! You are so full of life and your heart is so beautiful! You are becoming such a big boy with all your words and such! I am so happy and proud to be able to experience being your mommy! For you know, my first born, YOU made all my dreams come true! 


Today for your birthday we went to peter piper pizza with some of your friends. You had a blast. We then came home for naps and when you woke up we took you to Fuddruckers for dinner then to ice cream with Papa and Ga. At dinner a older lady came up to me and told me ho much she missed being a mommy. I told her that I was having the time of my life and it made me sad to think of you all grown up! But, I am just going to cherish all my moments with you!


WHAT YOU ARE UP TO......


You are still in diapers! Size 6! You have absolutely no desire to potty train and when we try to get you to sit on the potty you scream!


You wear 3T bottoms and 4T shirts 


Your shoe size is 10 wide.


You still take one nap a day! Usually in the afternoons. Anytime from one to three hours.  


You wake up from 6-7 am. Your bed time is 8pm. 


You are a pretty good eater still. You love your fruit! You also love hotdogs, spaghetti, sandwiches, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, mexican food. You also love anything with a little spice like salsa! You also love your snacks! 


Before you go to bed you always have to have a drink of milk.


You love playgroups! You ask to go to playtime every day! Your love the park, stroller strides, museum, jump street, imagination avenue, museum, and the zoo. 


Your favorite toys are your ride along cars and trucks, your playhouse, your trucks, boats, airplanes, and cars. You love any truck that has a trailer. You also have started liking "activities". And you love mommy to read you books!


You love music. You have starting singing along to songs in the car. 


You talk sooooo much! The things you say are hilarious! You are so observant and extremely smart! 


You love your baby sister. You always tell her its ok! Don't cry! We are almost home! You also love to pester her too!


Your favorite friends... Raegan, Jonathan, Conner, Tanner, Tyler, Collin, Baby Andrew, Lila, Brody. 


Your a little obsessed with your daddy! You want to know where he is at all times! You also are so happy an excited when he is home! You also want to know where his work truck is at all times.

You are seriously the easiest traveler in the world! You make vacationing so much fun!


You are so laid back and easy going! You are sooo well behaved compared to other little boys for age! You are so genuinely good hearted. You are loving. You are beautiful! You are my life!!!!!!

Tonight we let you fall asleep in our bedroom. After you were asleep daddy and i layer next to you and just stared at you for an hour. We talked about how much we loved you and how we were so thankful for you and everything you brought in our lives

when you touch my face....

Lately you have a thing about touching my face....


You put both hands on my cheeks and just get super close and stare into my eyes.....


You usually do it after I am done changing your diaper, when I dress you, when I am saying goodnight, or right after I brush your teeth and hair. 


I know its coming because your grab my face soooo tight and just pull my face in. Your hands are so small and soft on my face. 


Last night I said good night to you and I went into the kitchen to do dishes and you came back out and ran to me and did it again... You touched my face!


When you touch my face I can't help but fall deeper in love with you....


When you touch my face it is the best feeling in the world....


When you touch my face you make all my worries go away....


When you touch my face I feel your love....


When you touch my face I NEVER want that moment to end!

You are starting to pray more on your own now... It literally breaks my heart that you pray to our God.

My breast pads

I forgot to mention this story while we were in Hawaii....


We were hiking around the volcano going to see the lava tubes and you stopped walking and had your hands up your shirt messing around under your shirt... I asked you what you were doing and to come on so we could finish our hike. You said... Momma I have to fix my breast pads!!!

Moves like jagger

So there is this song that is popular right now... It is called "Moves like Jagger"... Well you love it!!! haha. Every time it goes on the radio you start singing. The other night you were supposed to be in bed.. ( you know ask to keep the door open when you sleep) and I could hear you talking in your bed. I got close to the door and you were singing it! 

Hawaii

Well we just got back from Hawaii with Daddy's family! We had so much fun and of course you did awesome. You are such the traveler. The entire trip you drove in grandma and grandpa's jeep. You loved it! You especially loved the plane ride. You were so good and just slept or watched movies. You also loved seeing the lava, the beach and just running around the beach house! When we asked you if you wanted to fly back home you said, NO! I want to stay here at my other house! The sweetest thing is that when we got off the airplane back in Phx you said mommy I went on a big airplane and it was fun!


Timothy! You are our everything! We are so in love with you it hurts! You are our BOY! Thank you God for giving us you.. the best gift ever!

Door open

So tonight when I was putting you to sleep I read you the story and in it Clifford was making a weird face. You said Mommy what happened Clifford. I said listen to the story. Then you told me. Mommy Clifford is in trouble. He needs to go to his room!


Then when I went to shut your bedroom you told me, No mommy leave it open so I can see outside!


You are turning into such a big boy and it breaks my heart! I love you

Can I taste it???

So now when we change your diaper we tell you how yucky and nasty your poop is! So what do you say back to us.... " MOMMY can I taste it?!"

My man

Lately you have been doing so well in your pre school. We sing your songs, and have started listening to your stories. You also have loved me reading your books at night! You definitely give me a run for the money! You tire me out....but I am soooo deeply in love with you!!!!

Paw Prints

You got out of the bath tub the other night and your little wet feet made footprints all over the floor. You said Mommy look at my paw prints!!!! My heart melted!

You are sooo funny!

So now you started telling us what to do.... Momma don't eat my food, momma don't go in my room. Daddy go to the store and buy me some fruit snacks. Momma move out of the way! Haha You are getting bossy! I have to stop and remind you to say please and thank you!

Then the other day you had my wallet, and I asked you to give it back to me. Of course, you said Momma say please give me my wallet!

You also are into baseball and soccer. You want to wear a baseball shirt, you want to go to Nie Nie's soccer games. You point at everything sports and say momma baseball? The other day you pulled out your baseball glove and you said Momma look at my baseball hand! Haha.

You are soooo funny! I LOVE THIS AGE!!!!!

Homeschool

Hi, my son! 
I wish I could homeschool you......
To keep you home all day with me, to protect you from bullys, to protect your innocence, to control what you learn, to see you learn and develop, to love you kiss you every minute I want to!


Well, obviously I don't want us to be those weird people so I am NOT going to home school you. But until you start kindergarten I am going to do daily lessons with you and kind of homeschool you before preschool. 


You are loving it so far! When we sit down we call it an activity!!! You love doing them and ask for activities all the time!


You are also loving reading books. your favorite lately is The Bible. You beg for me to read it! It breaks my heart that you want to learn about Jesus! he loves you as I do too!

What that voice

The latest thing is ANY noise you hear you ask.... " whats that voice!" It is so funny. You will even stomp your feet and bang your hands and say it!


You also change the sound of your voice a lot. Sometimes you will talk and say things real deep and sometimes real soft! You have the biggest brown eyes that are so expressive. I get lost in them every day!


Today you fell down outside and you ran inside to tell me. You said, " momma I fell down." I asked you if you were ok. And you said, " No, I not ok. I broke my arm!" haha. 


You are pure bliss. Pure love. Pure everything! 

TALKING

Timothy, You are talking so much its crazy!!!! I love hearing your sweet, innocent voice!


In the bath tub you turned your boat upside down so it was pouring the water on your leg and you said, " momma my boat is going peepee on my leg!"


Now when we leave places, I always give you the ten minute warning. Now when i say ok, time is up lets go. You say " no I still need ten more minutes!"


You always want to go somewhere and when I say no we can't go there, you say, " ok, marrow we go to old mcdonalds"


lately, when you talk, your eyes are huge! You are such a beautiful person! I can't take how much I am in love with you! You are my joy, my love, my life!

FRUIT SNACK PLEASE

So lately you have been saying some words really weird and funny! The newest is fruit snack. Your daddy and I just laugh every time you ask for one. 

You crinkle your nose up....

You get a high pitched, whiny voice...

You say... FRUNAAAA  please!!!  hahaha You are so cute and funny!

my love

The other day we were at our play date at jump street and we were jumping together and one point we both fell down and we just held each other... At that point, you said I love you mama! My heart broke into a million pieces and at that moment I realized how lucky I was to be able to stay home with you and kaylee. My days are hard work but nothing beats working for my children and husband! No job is as rewarding as being able to hold your son and look at him and love on him all day! AH, Tt you are my life, my love, I am forever grateful!

Saturday

We had another rough night last night! It was storming and very loud and thunder and lightening. So Tt was up at 1 in the morning and again at 3! So at 3 in the morning I ended up just letting him sleep in my bed. Well right when Tt got settled Kaylee woke up at 315 am! She nurse until about 4am. Then we all fell back asleep!

730- Tt and I are up. We ate breakfast and watched the news. I unloaded the dishwasher and cleaned up the kitchen. 

8- Kaylee up and I nursed her. She had play time on the floor for a bit. 

9-10- We all got ready for the day and played with toys. 

1030- Nienie came over.

11-1pm- Nienie decided to take Tt to "Old Mcdonalds"  for lunch! I stayed home with kaylee and we ended up running errands. It was so easy with just ONE kid. But I missed my busy boy even though it was only a couple of hours. 

1-130p- changed diapers, fed Baby K, and got both kids ready for a nap. 

130-330p- Tt napped and Baby K did not want to nap at all. So I just fed her and held her. 

330-4p- We go ready and headed out to see Bindi.

430-7p- We went and hung out with Bindi at the Paones. 

730p- Got home, fed baby K and let TT play for a bit

8-9p- Bed time routine, baths, and got the kids down for bed. 

Tonight I have to finish cooking for Grandma Coopers party tomorrow, clean the house and get some laundry done!

Friday

We had a rough night last night. Tt got up a few times. One time Daddy found him at the foot of our bed where Riley sleeps! Tt was up early so Daddy woke up with him before daddy left for his 48 hour shift at work. 


07- daddy left for work so I got up. Daddy had already got Tt breakfast started so I just made my breakfast, fed dog, and just waited for Baby K to wake. 


0730- Baby K up, nursed her. 


8-1030- Got both kids and myself ready for the day. Tt played outside. Baby K nursed and played on the floor with her activity mat. 


1030-1115- Tt was exhausted so came inside and layed down on the couch for a quick nap. I just played with Baby K, fed her, and she also napped for a bit. I also got some laundry and cleaning done. 


1130-130p- We met Andi, Linda, and Michael for lunch at Peter Piper. Nana also popped in to see us. Timothy had a blast running around the place. I surprisingly got a break because Baby K slept the ENTIRE time!


2-3p- Got home, changed diapers, fed a starving Baby K!


3p-6p- Play time, we played outside, read books, played with toys and fed Baby k in there. She also to a little nap. Since Tt slept this morning I knew there was no getting him down again!


6-8p- We met Nienie for dinner and frozen yogurt!


8-9p- Bed time routine, baths, and fed Baby K. Once both of you are down I am going to start preparing food for a birthday party we are going to on Sunday. I also am going to shower, check emails, return phone calls, and Clean!!!

Thursday

This week has been great because Kaylee has slept until 7am every single morning! It has been sooo nice to get a couple extra hours in!

07- Kaylee up and nursed, Daddy took the morning off so he slept in while I attended to Baby K.

0730- Tt up, I made him breakfast and continued to feed Baby K

08- Daddy up and I got myself and the kids ready for the day. I feel like it works best to get the kids dressed and cleaned up first thing in the morning! I feel better prepared for the day when I do that!

09-11a- We decided to head over to Chick Fil A for family time/play time and an early lunch!

1115-1215- We headed over to visit Grandma Cooper because today is her birthday!

1230p-Home and Daddy took off to go to work. I got the kids diapers changed, fed Baby K, and prepared for nap time. 

1-3p- Nap time, fed Baby K, and got caught up on some laundry, vacuuming, and cleaning

315p- Nana came by to see the kids. We decided to run up to some stores, Fed Baby K

330-6p- We went shopping! Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, Marshals

6-7p- Tt played outside, fed Baby K, prepared dinner

715p- Daddy got home from work and he took over for me. Tonight I am heading out to get dinner with Patti and I am so excited to get a quick break!!!

Wednesday

07- Baby K up and nursed. 
0730- Tt up and we had breakfast, watched the news, and I cleaned up the kitchen.
8-9a- Tt played with his trucks and I got both kids ready and myself ready for the day. 
9-10a- we left and headed up to Petsmart to get doggy food and treats. 
10-12p- WE had a play date with Danielle and Raegan and Jumpstreet! The kids had a blast and Tt threw a fit because he did not want to leave!
1215-1p- I prepared us sandwiches at home for us to eat for lunch. Baby K also ate!
1p-3p- Nap time and both kids actually napped at the same time today! I ran out back and jumped in the pool for a quick swim, then started on laundry and cleaning up the house. I also took a quick 10 minute nap because I was exhausted today! Right when I started to fall asleep Tt woke up!
3-4p- Played with Tt and we read book. Baby K also up and she nursed. 
4-5p- Prepared dinner and cleaned up the kitchen. We had meatloaf for dinner. 
530-6p- Ate dinner and Baby K nursed. Daddy was going to get home late tonight:(
630-730-We went and visited Bindi!
745-830p- We played in the pool and played outside!
830-9p- Baths, bedtime routine!
915p-Daddy came home and he ate dinner. I took off to do some grocery shopping since I had a spare minute without kiddos. After grocery shopping came home around 10p unloaded groceries and cleaned up a bit and getting ready for bed! 


Another busy day awaits us!

Tuesday

Today started out great! Kaylee slept in until 7. It is amazing what a little sleep does for you! I nursed her and shortly after Tt woke up. Daddy left for work at this time also!

8- breakfast, the news, and I unloaded the dishwasher. 

9-11am- Today I decided to have a cleaning day so we just hung out at home, I got caught up on laundry, cleaned the kitchen, organized the drawers in the kitchen. Also fed Baby K and her and Tt just played on the floor with toys.

11-12p- I prepared us lunch , we ate, and I cleaned up the kitchen. Fed Baby k

12-1245- Read books and played

1245- Tt and K both down for a nap. I prepared dinner, kept cleaning, and went in the garage to clean a little more.

2p- Baby K up and eating

3p-Tt up. We watched a little Mickey Mouse so Mommy could rest a bit!

4p- Baby K eating and dinner was put in the oven. 

5p-545p- Tt and mommy ate dinner. Fed Baby K. Got ready to go see some friends. 

6p-9p- Hung out with some friends, Daddy met us there!

9-93p- Baths, bedtime routine, and fed Baby K.

10p-Daddy and Mommy go for a quick swim before we get to bed. Another busy one tomorrow!!!

Monday

Today my day started at 0630 when Baby K woke! So I got up and fed her for about an hour. She didnt want to go back to sleep so she was ready to start the day!

0730-TT up and I made breakfast "utno" oatmeal! I also unloaded the dishwasher while eating breakfast and watching the news. 

0830- nurse Baby K. We were eagerly awaiting daddy to come home from his 48 hour shift!

09- Baby k down for a nap and TT and I decided to go for a quick early morning swim! Daddy called and said he would be late because him and Mark are super busy!

0930- Heard Baby K on the monitor crying so swim time was cut short:( TT was not happy. 

0930-1130- nursed Baby K , got both kids ready for the day and got myself somewhat ready also. 

1130-1245- Walmart shopping and a quick lunch with daddy at subway!

1p- 4p Home and Tt down for a nap! I also tried to get Baby K down at the same time but she was being a fussy one and did NOT want to nap today! Also, Meredith and Lila came by. 

4p- 5p Nurse k and prepared dinner. We are had Baked ziti for dinner!

6p-7p- dinner and fed K also

730-845p- ice cream at baskin robbins with grandma and grandpa!

9p- 930p- Bath, bed time routine, and feed Baby K. Thankfully Daddy is home tonight to help me so it went so much faster!

Now I have down time to clean the kitchen, laundry, catch up on emails, phone calls, and spend some time with daddy! Then off to bed! Its been a busy day!!!

Sunday

Our week in review - TT is 2 years and 7 months, Kaylee almost 3 months!


( So I decided every few months to document our week in review. I just do not want to forget these moments with my babies;) 


07- my day started at this time when Baby K woke up! I was actually really excited that she slept until 7! She nursed then went back down for a lil nap. 


0730- TT woke up and we officially started our day! I fixed breakfast for me and him. I usually watch the news while we eat but today I let TT watch a dinosaur cartoon!


08- baby K up ! ( we usually try to go to church on sunday mornings... this sunday it didnt happen:( We are waiting for daddy to get home from working a 48 hour shift ) While the kids played I started laundry and cleaning the house.


09- Nurse Baby K. TT playing with cars


10- Daddy home for just an hour then he is heading to the Home and Garden Show. Baby K down for a nap! I take a shower!


11- Baby K up, nurse her, and get both of you ready. We are meeting Patti, Jonathan, and Nienie for lunch before we head to the Home Show. Also finsih up baking some goodies for daddy and Uncle mark. 


1230- head out to lunch!


2pm- Lunch is done drive to the Home show, Tt naps in the car ( I hate when this happens because I need and love for you to nap in your bed) Once we get there I nurse baby K so that you can also nap awhile longer!


3-6pm- Home and garden show


630p- Start dinner, nurse K, and TT plays outside.


7-8p- Eat dinner, and Nurse K


8-9p- Bath times, bed time routine, nurse K 


10-midnight- The only downtime I have today! I shower, get caught up on emails etc, clean the kitchen, finish laundry, clean the toys up, make a few phone calls, and get ready for bed because tomorrow is another busy day!

My traveler

So we just got back from two back to back vacations... Las Vegas and california. And again, you are the worlds best toddler traveler. You are so easy going and I love it! You were so funny too the things you would say on vacation.

You especially loved Legoland. You were so happy there and just ran around. The most surprising thing is that you were able to wait in lines! You are so patient and such a good boy! The longest wait you waited was an hour! You made me so proud! Your favorite ride was the cars! I love you so much my sweet son! AHHHHH. sometimes I cant take how much I love you!

Old Mcdonalds!

So you are going through a Mcdonalds phase! You want to go there every day to play in the play area. Today we took you because you kept asking. Daddy told you that as soon as your movie was over we would go. Well, as soon as Toy Story finished you got up, turned OFF the TV, went up to us and said, "mobie ober" I want go to Old Mcdonalds! haha. We went there and played for almost two hours. When it was time to go home you had a total melt down! We were laughing and saying we had never seen you so upset! You are so funny! We love you soooooo much! You light up every room you walk into!

today we took you to the mall. That is your new favorite thing! We went with daddy for dinner. We sat in the food court and you had your pizza. You also asked for french fries when we asked you what you wanted to eat! We took you over to the train and you rode around in that with daddy. Then we took you to Build a Bear. You built a black bear that you named.. " Mr. Bear!" you also picked out lightening mcqueen  pajamas for him!

Your daddy said he loves days like this where we see your sweet face light up. Tomorrow I am taking you to this place called Imagination Room. You call it "play time"

My dear sweet son, you are everything and I love you so much it hurts my heart! We have tough days, sometimes you are so hard and difficult.. But BOY that way I love you and feel about you just makes those days feel like nothing! I love you my sweet son!

I will never forget

Tonight was one of those nights where I kept telling myself that I never wanted to forget those precious moments with you.....

It started today when we went up to the mall to get out of the heat and get your hair cut. We had a great time walking the mall and just hanging out.  We stopped and had lunch at the food court and you were soo good! You even recognized music playing over the loud speaker and said "Ramommy" From ramona the movie you like to watch! We ended up putting baby K in the stroller so she could look around and you enjoyed helping mommy push her.

Tonight was the night I never want to forget... I put Baby K to bed first... I usually put you to bed first but tonight I changed things up! After she was down I walked you to your room to say goodnight and you asked me to lay in bed with you! So of course I did! It was one of the best moments of my life! We just stared at each other and told each other a million times how much we loved each other! I kept saying I love you sooooo much and you would repeat it! I even started crying a little because my love for you is so string it overwhelms me! I loved laying there holding you, looking at you, and just soaking in every minute of our alone time! My son, you are so dear to my heart!

SIlly BOY

You are so funny these days.... You are just talking to everyone! You walk around and play with your toys and the conversations you have with them are so funny! The other day I layed in the bed with you and you did not like it so you told me to go sit on the couch! We saw a car with eyes on its sun shade and you said mommy, look... lightning eyes! ( like lightening mcqueen!) You have a hard time saying the letter V. You pronounce it as a B. Mobies (movies), TB (tv), lub ( love)  etc. You call the picture of the indian above the bed at the cabin in our room. "tt's daddy!" I am not sure why!!!!  Your dad and I can not get enough of you!!!! We love you soo much it hurts!

my talking baby

You are so funny and smart!!!! So when you want to get into things are get things you are not supposed to.. I always say, No you cant have that because it is broken! Or else I say no we cant go visit whoever you want to see because they are sleeping. ( I say they went night, night or mimi.)

So we decided to go up to the surgery center and visit the girls I work with. When we got in the car, I told you where we were going and you said, I want to go see papa and ga, mommas work is broken. Mommas work went mimi!

Buzz lightyear!

So this afternoon I was watching you play and you were playing with your big buzz lighter thing. I could hear you talking to it and you were asking it if it was hungry. So then you started pretending that you were feeding it food. You then said oh, no Buzz you have a poopy diaper. So you spread his legs and pretended that you were changing his diaper. Feeding Kaylee

You have been sooo funny lately... The things you say just blow my mind. You are so extremely smart! I think you will be just as smart as your daddy!

so when Kaylee cries, you say that she wants Timmy. Then you go get my breast feeding pillow, sit on the couch and ask to hold her. I let you hold her, and you lift up your shirt and pretend that you are feeding her!!!! Its so funny! When I ask you what you are doing, you say, I am feeding baby K my belly!

You are sooo special to me. You are a great Big brother and son. I love you more than words could ever express.

The thing you say and do....

When people come over you immediately have them sit down and you tell them to take their shoes off then you hide their shoes in our room!

You always talk in your monster truck voice!

You play out back in the evenings and every few minutes I go out there to check on you. When I see you, You say, "momma, I am working!" Then I say on what. You say, " Momma I am fixing it, the air conditioner!"

The other night I as talking to daddy about how much I love you and your sister and it brought tears to my eyes. You got all worried and kept saying, Momma crying! Then you came and sat on my lap and kissed my lips and then said, Momma all better!

BIG BOY

Hello, my first born, big brother!!!!

I know lately I have been spending a lot of time feeding your sister and caring for her, but I want you to know that this time is soo short. Before we know it she will be growing like a weed and will not need my constant attention... You are so sweet because you ask her all the time to play with you. You also do not pass her by without giving her a kiss and telling her you love her.

Your heart is so pure and I love how you care and love others. You are such an amazing kid. I love you so much my dear SON!

The only hard thing about this time is that I cant hold you for 6 weeks until I heel all the way. That kills me, especially when you ask me to hold you. So at night, when you are sleeping I crawl into your bed and hold you! It feels so good to hold my first baby. I love you!

2 and a half!

Timothy,

You are now 2 and one half! Where does the time go???!!!! It breaks my heart because you really are no longer a baby but a full blown toddler and almost on your way to being a little boy! Seeing you with Kaylee has been the sweetest thing lately! You have such a pure and sweet heart! I pray that you carry that on through out life! You are always telling her how much you love her and hugging and kissing on her. Your face lights up when you see her! You are such a great big brother!

At 2 and a half this is what you are up to.....

You are wearing size 3T and some 4T shirts!

You are still napping once a day in the afternoon for 2 to 3 hours!

You go to bed around 8 or 9 pm and sleep till 8 or 9 am!

Your favorite toys are trucks, trains, and you are starting to like your toy story toys

You love your shows! Your favorite is Mickey Mouse, Bolt, and Lightning!

You love music and sing along to the CD's I play.

You are a little pickier with your food, you like your snacks! Your favorite foods are spaghetti, salami, cheese, yogurt, chocolate milk!

You are so smart, some funny things you say..... When daddy is outside working you say... daddy is fixing  mommys house, Wait, I have an idea!  Every morning you either ask to go to the cabin, or disneyland. When I feed Kaylee you say Kaylee is eating mommas belly.

You love your friends and wake up saying, go see raegan, jonathan, jake, or baby andrew. You also ask every day to go see papa and ga!


Your daddy and I love you more and more every day! You light up our life! Thank you for being the greatest Son alive!

Big Boy Bed

Tonight was the first night we put you in a big boy bed!!! You were so excited because daddy let you help him put it together. We also went up to target and got you brand new bedding. Daddy held up Toy Story or Cars bedding and you chose Cars! You did so awesome. You never even got up when we put you down. You went straight to sleep! After about 20 minutes we went to check on you and you were sound asleep! We stood in your room for a long time and just watched you sleep! We love you and the big boy you are becoming!

Big Brother

Well, you are officially a big brother to a little sister!!! I am so excited to begin our family as a family of 4 now! Seeing you with her completely melts my heart! I always knew you had a loving, tender heart. But I really realized it now! The first time you were in the car with her on our way home from the hospital she started crying. Your daddy and I could hear your sweet voice tell her over and over, " Its ok baby Kaylee!" "You ok baby Kaylee?" You had only known her for a day or so and you were already so loving and sweet to her. The past few days you are always hugging her, kissing her, and telling her how much you love her! It melts my heart to see you. I know that in the beginning I spend a lot of my time nursing her and taking care of her and also with my c section I feel like I cant spend much time with you. But you do not have a jealous bone in you. Which makes me so happy! You are such a special boy and person! I love you more than anything!!!

The day we had Kaylee was one of the best days for me and one of the hardest. That morning we had to drop you off at your grandma and grandpas house and it was the hardest thing in the world!!! I knew i was dropping MY BABY off to bring home another baby! I cried of course. And seeing your sweet face made it worse! I just want you to know that you mean so much to me ! You are my first born! The one who first made my a mommy! You are my son and I love you!

Tomorrow your a big brother!

So Tomorrow is the day you will become a big brother!.....

I feel excited and happy for our family! I do feel a little sad when I looked at you today because I just love you sooooo much! I want you to know that the love does not go away. My heart just grows bigger for more people to love.

I want to thank you so much for the past 2 and a half years! You have made all my dreams come true of becoming a mom. You have been the best baby and toddler. You are so funny! You make every day great! Your daddy and I are so in love with you it makes us sick!

Timothy, your eyes and facial expressions are pure love! I can never explain t o you how much I love you and how happy you have made me the last 2 years. I know for a fact that these years are THE BEST YEARS OF MY LIFE!!!! Thank you for that!

My first born, you will always have a special place in my heart! We have spent every day together the last 2 and a half years! And each day brings more love! I cry thinking about my love and admiration for you! Thank you SON!

Timmy's Baby

So every day when you jump on me and hang all over me, I have to remind you to watch out for "momma's baby" and i will hold my huge pregnant belly! Well the other day you fell down and landed on your stomach on one of your toys and hurt yourself. You started crying, ran to the couch, started rubbing your belly and said, " oh, no timmy's baby!" haha. Guess you think we all have babies in our belly!

Almost every night you ask to either go to Disneyland or to the zoo. It makes me want to jump in the car and take you right that second!!!

Your new brother or sister should be here any day. I am very excited but a little sad because I know that there will not be nearly as much one on one time! I have loved having you as my first born. You have been my best buddy, my companion, my baby, my daily sunshine, my love, my everything!

SOO smart

At the last doctor appoinment you were sooo funny! You say the funniest things. i always have to get a urine sample and after I came out of the bathroom, holding my urine cup, you saw it and said " momma? The doctors juice!" You also are so excited when the doctor walks in the room! you are so excited to say hi to mommas doctor! Then it was so sweet as soon as the doctor started listening to the babys heart beat, you looked up and said, " momma, the baby!" That broke my heart that you knew the sound of the heart beat was the baby!

You also say, " momma pretty or momma beautiful" That just makes me smile because  I know one day you will be soo embarrased of me but for now.. I love it!

I LOVE YOU I know I tell you all the time but seriously this love for you is out of control!!!!

Our schedule

With the new baby coming up... I thought I would write about our daily schedule... This times are what you usually do....

8-830 Wake up time
830-9 breakfast time in your high chair and I watch the news, eat breakfast and un load the dishwasher
9-1030 you usually play so well in the mornings. You usually play trains and trucks and are so content and happy. Its almost like you missed your toys from the night. During this time I start my daily cleaning ( make the beds, do a load of laundry, clean up any messes, and figure our day out) We also get dressed and ready for the day sometime in here
1030-12/1300 this is usually when we do our playdates sometimes we leave by 1000. We usually do a scheduled playdate with our friends or else we do a story time or sometimes we just head out and run our errands like grocery store, walmart, target, or whatever needs to be done
1230-1300 to 1330- lunch time
1400-1600- you usually nap in these times. We also read 2-3 nooks before you go down. Sometimes you wake earlier or nap later! I usually figure dinner out and start preparing for it, clean, laundry, and if I can I sit and relax for a couple minutes or take a quick 30 minute rest!
1600-1800 you wake and sometimes if you wake up really grumpy I will let you watch about 30 min of "your show" You also usually play outside during these times and wait for daddy to come home of he is not at the fire house. I usually prepare dinner and play with you!
1800-1900- dinner whenever daddy gets home in this time!
7pm-8pm bath time, read books, get ready for bed!
8-830ish- BED TIME!

28 months~

I know this is a couple weeks late! But where do I begin! Thinking about how much you have changed recently, and grown truly brings huge tears to my eyes! Timmy Michael... You are EVERYTHING! I am SOOOOO in love with you it makes me hurt! Your sweet facial expressions, voice, huge eyes, and when you ask me..."momma hold you" It just makes every day better! You are very active at this age, you are getting your own opionions and a little strong willed at times. I am constantly running around ( while 9 months pregnant) chasing you everywhere! You are sooo busy. At times i feel like this age is HARD! But, this stage is also sooo precious and innocent!

You are wearing size 3T and some size size 4T shirts!

you are 9.5 to 10 shoe size!

About 35 pounds!

You are getting to be a bit of a picky eater, you definately have to be in the mood to eat! You love pasta, soup, and have started liking sandwhiches. Of course you love sweets, and ice cream soup!

You are sleeping 10-12 hours a night with one 2-3 hour nap a day. Lots of days you fight that night and sometimes I have to let you cry in out a bit!

You love going to the zoo, the park, jump street, peter piper pizza, and playgroups. You have been not wanting to share as much as you used to. But we are working on that!

You love your toys, especially your big trucks, zoo animals, trains, tools, and just being outside! You also are really into books and actually cry because you want to read a million of them! You also talk about what you see on teh pages and point at things while I read to you.

You talk soooo much! You say sentences now~ You also sing everything! You love your ABC song, Old Mcdonald, Wheels on the bus, and any goodbye or clean up song!
You love your daddy and have started calling him " tt's daddy" You also ask for your papa and ga almost every day! When we drive in the car if the windows are down you hate that and say, " momma shut the door"

You are sooo funny! I love you soo much, my son! I know are time alone together is running short but I have loved being alone with you the last two years! I just know it will just get better!

Guitar

Today we were watching American Idol and the singers were in a band playing their guitars. In the middle of the song, you jumped up and ran into your room and grabbed your guitar and started singing and playing your toy guitar!

Today when daddy left for work we walked him outside and when you were saying goodbye, you said "bye, bye timmy's daddy!"

Hotel

So the other night we went out to eat at the Biltmore at a restaurant called Hillstone. After we finished eating you threw a fit because you wanted to go " night, night at a hotel" haha. Only you would WANT to stay at a hotel!

You also say the funniest things... You are loving to read books and constantly  say" read a book mommas ipad!" And anything that breaks... "daddy will fix it" You hate the windows in the car being down so you say, "shut the door" haha you are every piece of perfect!

Daddys birthday

you are sooo funny! So a couple days ago it was daddys birthday and you were so excited to sing to him. When it was time to sing you blew out the candle and everyting. You knew the entire song! You also sing your ABC song now. And you sing the mickey mouse hot dog song! "oh tootles" HAHA Your sweet voice is everything to me!

You also started calling ice cream, cake, and any type of sweets " ice cream soup" The funny thing is we have no idea why you started that but I think it is sooo cute!

You have such an opinion on everything! You tell me what you want for your meals. You are sooo funny! I LOVE YOU MY SON

Sentences

SO now you talk in sentences and we can carry on conversations with you! It is so fun! There are times when I think in my head..." I really do NOT want this time in my life to ever end!" It is just so much fun being a mother to a toddler, being pregnant, and being young! I hear from so mant people that these are the best years of your life! Raising you is pure joy!

Today at the store I was talking to a sales associate and was asking for some stuff, after we walked away in your sweet innocent voice you said, "oh, thank you!" Then you picked up a shirt and said " Wow, this is sooo cute!" Haha So basically you mimick me! I laughed for awhile hugged you and told you that I love you so very much!

26 months

So now that you are 2!!! I thought I would write about your growth every other month instead of every month! So at 26 months......

you talk ALL THE TIME, basically you repeat everything we say! Haha. We definately have to spell things out or watch everything we say! You are also talking in 3-5 word sentences now! You love to ask for things.... momma please fruit snacks! Mas chocolate milk please momma! TT go outside! Please play with big trucks! Watch show please momma! Dada fix it, TT fix it! momma truck aweosme.... those are just a few examples.... also here are some of your words that we understand.

You are getting a little picky with your foods and wanting to snack all day. So we had to start really enforcing your meal times and not letting you snack all day. But you do love your snacks. Especially fruit snacks, oranges, yogurt, chips, goldfish, cookies, donuts.

You still really like pasta for meals and fruits.  oh, and you love cheese pizza! But you are definately getting pickier! You DO NOT like fast food, and hate chicken nuggets! I guess you are just so used to mommas home cooked meals!

You are playing so well by yourself. You still love cars, trucks, boats, trains, airplanes! you are also liking books and when I read to you. My favorite book to read you is ' i love you forever, I will like your for always as long as I am living my baby you will be' I cry every time I read it to you!!!! you also like puzzles, and animals. Lately you are into tools! You find the screw in all your toys and put your screw driver in there and act like you are fixing it! haha. You are sooo like your daddy!!!!

you still take one nap a day and it is usually in the afternoon for 2 hours! You go to bed at 8ish and wake around 8 or 9! You love your sleep!

We like to do lots of play dates to keep you active and busy. We are also trying to work on your sharing. You are usually really good but sometimes you dont like to share.

You are so sweet and tender hearted. I hope you keep that forever. You love to kiss and for me to hold you. Especially when you get hurt or mad... you just want me to hold you! I dont mind one bit! I could hold you forever! My son, I LOVE YOU

I love you

So we took you to Disneyland this week for the first time!!! We had been wanting to do a trip with just YOU before the new baby comes. I am really excited to expand our family and give you a sibling but also a little sad because it will be the end of you being our only child! I have really enjoyed having just you and focusing all my attention on you! It has been an amazing 2 year journey of getting to know you and loving everything about you!

Every day you light up my life. I cant imagine life without you in it! You are everything great and perfect! Your laugh and smile and words bring so much joy to us! Every day I look at you and wonder how I could possibly love you more but I do as each day begins!

Disneyland was awesome! Your daddy and I have been there numerous times but this was the best time so far! There is NOTHING like seeing it through your eyes! It is soooo much better doing things for your kids then for yourself! It was  pure joy seeing you laugh and smile! You LOVED meeting mickey mouse and the character breakfast! You loved the rides! Your favorite had to be the autotropia ride! You laughed so hard and loud! You were such a good boy at the park and even took an almost two hour nap in the stroller in the middle of the day!!!!

The BEST part of the trip was that for the first time you said on your own that you loved us! We were laying in bed and you were in your pack n play and you said, " I love you dada.... I love you momma" to me, that was one of the best moments of my life that i will never forget!

TIMOTHY, I LOVE YOU MORE THAN I CAN EVEN IMAGINE!

pre school class

So today we started your pre school class. ABCs and 123's.  I had to miss it because I had to work today so daddy took you. Your daddy kept sending me the sweetest pictures of you. Pictures of you sitting at a desk, singing, and playimg with bubbles. I wanted to cry!!!! I wanted to cry because you are sooo smart and growing up soooo fast! I love being a mommy to a toddler and I wish I could just bottle up these moments and times and keep them forever.

You are now saying you love me and daddy! That breaks my heart into a million pieces when I hear your sweet voice tell me you love me!!!!

Talk, Talk, Talk

You are soooo funny now that you are talking all the time... Your dad always asks you if you want a baby brother or sister.. Sometimes you say brother, sometimes you say sister.. Well the other day you said you wanted a baby Moo Moo! haha

Your new favorite word is AWESOME! you say.... momma and daddy are awesome! Momma;s truck is awesome! TT slide awesome! I just love your sweet voice!

I always buy you a snack at the snack bars when we are shopping! Now every store we go into you ask for "cheese pizza"!!!! or else your favorite thing to ask for at the grocery store is Fruit Snacks!!!

If only I could put an amount on our love for you!!! It is seriuosly impossible!!! Timothy you are so sweet and precious! I cant imagine a life without you!
