The things you say...

Even at 7 almost 8 you say the cutest things!!! I just love when you say things so innocent.... Being a child is pure bliss! But even better is seeing MY CHILD! It hurts to love you this hard!!! You are precious. 

During football season: Mommy do those guys HAVE to wear those tackle suits?

During any conversation regarding xmas or your elf on the shelf: Mommy, why does his eyes not close or even move? Mommy those gloves on his hands are sewed on their so tight. Does he even have fingers? Can he even take those gloves off with them sewed like that? Mommy how do elves talk to parents? Their mouths don't even move? Do they talk to your heart?

When with Lila AND Kaylee and when they are being so loud: When you are my age Kaylee and Lila your ears and head start to hurt. So don't talk so loud. When you are as old as me.. things really start to hurt!

When driving and you see motorcycles do wheelies: Wow! That motorcycle can lift its foot up!

When you had an ear infection and two days after antibiotics we had to go back to baseball practice: Mommy playing sports actually activate my ears and then it makes them start to hurt again!

When I tell him how cute he is: I know mommy! I am so good and so good looking even boys have crushes on me!

At school: Mommy right now me and my class are in a lot of stress!!! We are in a lot of stress because we have so much work to do to get ready for Mother's Day! Ugh this is so much stress and so much work!

When Kaylee started liking american girl dolls: You made me take you to the store! When we got there you were so mad that they didn't have american boys. You wanted an american boy so bad! You cried for one! I ended up ordering you twin american boy babies! You would cry for baby bottles and furniture for them!  You would dress the same as them and you named them Sammy and Lenny. You would also call them Timmy Jr!

summer fun

Summer fun ... sorry it just gets harder and harder to update any of this! At least you know I am living in the moment. This is just a summer recap of what we did this summer! We had fun! And of course I kept you super busy! You finished first grade and baseball season doing great! It is really amazing how big and fast you are growing. I signed you up for a summer baseball season at victory lanes. You just love sports and being on a team so it was fun to keep that going! You also did swim lessons at Sunrise Pool again. You did awesome swimming! You finished Level 4 and thats basically where they work on all the strokes and you swim the entire length of the pool! 

We continued with our weekly play dates with our friends and we also started a book club. We met every single monday at the library! You loved that! You love being with your friends! 

I loved being with you this summer. I love spending every day and every minute with you. You are my SON, my dream, my life! I am in love.

,Way late again.... But happy 7th birthday! Ugh the thought of you being 7 just gets to me.. That is so big yet so little! You are huge but you have a sweet innocence to you that makes you still so young and little. You are my man! My baby boy! You truly hold such a dear place in my heart. I am so in love with you! You are my life!  You have a sweet new love for God. It is so precious to me. You have a tender heart and you are super smart! You are basically perfect in my eyes.

You are in first grade and go from 8-3. 

You are involved in Boy Scout, religious class at church, sports like football, basketball, soccer , and baseball. I pretty much just sign you up as one sport ends you start another! You have also started piano lessons and you love it. 

You are. Morning person and wake at about 6 am every day and you are ready for bed by 730-8. 

You still suck your thumb and love your Lightning McQueen blanket and white mr teddy. You only suck at night or when you are super tired or upset. You will only suck in front of us. You definitely don't want people to know your lil secret! 

You love oatmeal, pancakes, French toast. Also Mac and cheese. You call it guaca, and turkey sandwiches or grilled cheese. For dinner you love spaghetti! Your favorite restaurant is mr. Good Cents!

You good friends are pretty. Much anyone at school. You love Riley white.. Zavier... Connor, Jonathan, Reagan.. And baby Andrew

You are obsessed with sports! You also love playing with cars and little people that you pretend to fight. You also have started liking Legos. 

You love to read your bible and learn about God. You are so sweet.

You sleep with mommy while daddy is at work. I love that

You love to go outside and ride your bike

You love your sister and love to boss her around yet you love to teach her and take care of her!

FIRST GRADE

My Son! You are officially a first grader. I am soon late on all these updates but the ONLY reason is that you and your sister have completely consumed my life!!! We are so busy with school activities, school, sports, scouts, homework, church, everything! And I LOVE it!!! I promise to be better at writing you notes! 

Your first day of school was a little bitter sweet. You are full day this year so its been an adjustment to being without you all day. But its also been so awesome to see you over on the big kid side of the school! You have so much more independence over there. 

You teacher name is Mrs. Lindsay. You get to pack your lunch and have 2 snacks. You sometimes eat hot lunch at school also. I still get to come volunteer at your class, so I try to do that a few times a month! I love seeing you interact with all the kids. 

You are learning so much. Reading so much more. You have spelling words and spell tests. Your math is so good. You are at the top of your class in math! You love art, music and PE and computers. You love recess. You get to eat your snack first then you take off and go play! 

You have homework every night. We read about 20 minutes then you have math and spelling to do! Its a lot but we get through!

You make me so proud. I can't believe you are my big first grader. First grade is so big YET still so small. You are still so innocent. You are still very much my baby. You are so precious at this age. You take up everything you hear! You are so smart! I AM SO IN LOVE
